TARGET Corporation or simply TARGET is an American retailer that founded in 1902 in Minneapolis. The

company operates large format general merchandise discount stores in the US (except Vermont) which

include Target, Super Target stores. It is the 2nd largest discount retailer in the US behind

Walmart. It customers like its strong supply chain, technology network, a devotion to innovation and

its disciplined approach to managing its current business and investing in future growth. Its

CEO/Chairman of the Board/ President is Mr. Gregg W. Steinhafel who offices since 2000. The company

is listed on NYSE as TGT and is a component of the Standard & Poor’s 500 index

Company’s plans are to expand into Canada, South America or Mexico in the coming three to five

years; they want to test new smaller format store at more dense urban areas in the next few years.

Even though they said the opening of new stores will depend on many factors such as economic and

real estate environment, internal performance it’s amazing that TARGET is so confident in its

investment over the coming year, while most leading retailers have slowed or stopped new store

openings since the recession. The retailer said they might lose between $183 m and $ 193m after

increasing investments in stock.

TARGET’s market capitalization is $37.90Billion, P/E ratio is 17.62, EPS 2.86 and the average

volume traded is 7.89 Millions.

The retailer graph’s shows us a growing channel. $ 46.59 appears as support’s line. According to

our MACD and slow stochastic we notice an up going movement. We can also see on the chart a rising

Wedge. Due to its forecast in the future: investing overseas should show confidence to investors.

We recommend you then to HOLD the stock if you already have it in your portfolio or to BUY it (for

those who are planning long term investment) and don’t forget to put a stop loss at $46.59.

Actually, all the stock markets became a very risky and hazardous adventure.....=/

I would wait a week or two to watch the evolutions.
