(Tradingsat.com) - Theolia poursuit son envolée au-delà du cap symbolique des 5 euros à la Bourse

de Paris mercredi après-midi. La publication le 29 juillet des ventes semestrielles du producteur

d'électricité à partir d'énergie éolienne a semble-t-il servi de déclencheur. Depuis

l'annonce d'un chiffre d'affaires en croissance de 85% à 104,9 millions d'euros au premier

semestre 2009, le titre a en effet gagné plus de 45%.



« Mis à part le fait que certains intervenants jouent la volatilité du titre via des opérations

de trading court terme, je pense que la hausse de ces derniers jours est surtout liée à la

spéculation sur l'entrée d'un nouvel actionnaire de référence », commente un analyste

parisien contacté par Tradingsat.com.



Selon lui, « le marché joue l'entrée d'un investisseur au capital du groupe ». Il rappelle sur

ce point que « le flottant est très important » et que les actionnaires actuels ne sont « pas

assez stables », tandis que General Electric, encore présent au capital via Gama Energy,

coentreprise de GAMA Holding AS et de GE Energy Financial, « serait probablement heureux de vendre

ses parts ».



Enfin, souligne l'analyste, alors que la trésorerie est en partie renflouée et que les risques de

faillite semblent désormais écartés, « ce qui manque à Theolia, ce sont des fonds propres

supplémentaires pour pouvoir accélérer fortement son développement à partir de 2010 ».
